Correct.

There's only so much you can say In a text message, and It doesn't necessarily give an Indication of how you're feeling- emotionally. When speaking over the phone, the tone of your voice speaks a thousand words, and your psychologist will detect and address It accordingly. Moreover, you can express yourself a lot better In speech than shooting off a few lines of text.
true, emltions cant really be expressed through texting, this is also why emojis exists, but they're more used ironically instead of being genuine. I will try to call her in the next following days.

by the way, i've called a friend and i talked about my current situation (basically what i said in the 1st post of this thread) and she was very supportive and gave me a few creative activities which i can do by myself and sent me some memes where i sadly was too negative and told me directly that im too negative and quite toxic to others and online content, which is true since i find a memes not funny, im going to criticise the person who made it and (for example) that hes a fucking retard and should get a fucking job, the person that sent me the meme would just get shittalked on. Which i find actually quite funny.

thanks for both of you's for replying to this thread, it really helps me ^D^

It's great to read that you've made the decision to call your psychologist.

Talking about your feelings and more Importantly, being "honest and upfront" with your emotions, will significantly help your psychologist to determine the root/cause of why you're feeling and experiencing the Issues mentioned.

Excellent.

I wish you all the very best with sorting everything out. It won't happen overnight but rest assured, with a little hard work, you'll get there In the end.

That phrase describes me entirely. I always try to defeat my anti-socialness, but it never ends up well. Last time I tried, I told me "would-be" friend, that I was suicidal, and ze insisted on referring me to suicide support, which I do not wish to.

I just feel like I need to give up on trying to get any friends. I always tell myself: friends are a trap, they always manipulate one to their own advantage. Don't trust anyone, not even oneself.

You could always ask your current psychologist if there's any way you can do sessions over some sort of video service, or just by phone. If that's not possible, try being as social as possible. Keep coming here, or talk more with your friends. If they're true friends, they'll understand that you need help right now. And if you feel like you hate yourself, aren't feeling the best, or aren't looking the best, just remember that we're almost all under lock down right now. I've been keeping up with my basic hygiene, but I still look and feel terrible. Particularly my acne and hair. We're all feeling the effects of this pandemic.

This does In fact significantly help with one's mental state.

A few years ago, I had a friend who was Isolated and suffering depression and every prescribed med, did very little to alleviate It. We actually "forced" him to go clubbing every Friday & Saturday night, and after 4 weeks, he was a completely different person.

Finding new hobbies or new ways to interact with people can make all the difference. Try something you would never normally do and just think "Fuck it. Surely it can't get any worse than how I feel now."
