@Zurchi Maybe in the future right now as the community is small I will do it for free.
Life asked Death, "Why do people love me but hate you?" and death responded, "Because you're the beautiful lie and I'm the painful truth."

Start using a program called Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It's the best and easiest program to start with. If you are going to workout. You gotta take squats and deadlifts seriously.
It's really not that hard. I have 5 years experience. go with starting strength. Keep things simple you only need to go 3x a week.
Get your diet in order too.

I have a much different routine. I'm more of a sprinter is a long distance runner. Jogging 5+ miles improves my stamina and my speed when it comes to sprinting.
I actually have a track meet today. I run the 400m and 4x2 relay.

Speaking of fitness, how bout you fitness dick in yo mouth? @Jinx
But, serious now. I use to take these protein shakes, and they made me become lactose intolerant.
This is a serious question, would you recommend someone to do steroids for a small period of time, short enough to make your muscels appear, but not get deformed penis (Growth) and breasts?

@Raz0r erm depends on the protein shake, If its a reputable company and if its REALLY SHORT then maybe but I would rather just do workouts and eat healthy.
