This does In fact significantly help with one's mental state.

A few years ago, I had a friend who was Isolated and suffering depression and every prescribed med, did very little to alleviate It. We actually "forced" him to go clubbing every Friday & Saturday night, and after 4 weeks, he was a completely different person.

Finding new hobbies or new ways to interact with people can make all the difference. Try something you would never normally do and just think "Fuck it. Surely it can't get any worse than how I feel now."

"You" used a swear word! It's the first time I've come across you using such language.

On-topic, "trying something you'd never normally do", Is excellent advice.

It wasn't a very polite approach, but it got the feeling I was trying to convey - I hope!

I was thinking less solitary hobbies, though I do partake in several of those myself. I was thinking something that makes you go out of your comfort zone. I once took on Kickboxing as a means of getting fit, but it also significantly helped my mental health. I can't tell you the difference something like martial arts, or some kind of fitness habit/hobby makes to your mind.

I ended up meeting some people along the way, without really needed to socialise, per se. It was just a side-effect of learning to punch and kick each other Wink

Ever considered signing up for a local league? They have some for adults. Obviously, after quarantine is over.

i like sports but not that much, i prefer just doing it when i really want to instead of just excersing when i don't really want, that would badly affect others, i just prefer doing it in a regular basis & when i want, im not trying to be a brat but im just not motivated doing it

i used to do squash for 2 years, im still pretty good

Squash is pretty competitive. I was thinking something a little less participant heavy, but that's a fair point.

After carefully reading your opening post, there seems to be an underlying condition (or two), that's triggering Instability with your emotions.

Has your psychologist performed tests for clinical depression, and/or any form of anxiety disorder? It's all well and good to suggest what we believe will Improve your well-being, but unless the root of the cause Is Identified, It can be a difficult process to overcome the said Issues.

I reccomend

Doing some work outs, jogging in place, sit ups, push ups.

Listen to some long audio-books, such as Lord of the Rings, Bible Audiobook, or Nature Documentaries.

If you actually want to improve your situation I suggest you research cures to combat the COVID19 such as find anivirals or antibodies effective against SARS-Cov and how to mass produce them.
