Which Cloud service do you use?

I have always used free cloud services, but I would like to strengthen the securify of my files and increase the privacy of them.

May I ask you guys which cloud services do you use, and if there is a free option.
I have read a bunch of review about NextCloud, Sync, Tresorit and others, but I would like to hear your opinion about that.

I don't trust my data stored remotely, Irrespective of the encryption type set by myself and/or the cloud service.

Everything Is stored and backed up locally.

Sync, but I store my data on an external hard drive, for extra security.

It's always good practice to backup your data locally.

I've had multiple drives fail over the years, and thankfully I had my backups on hand.

I was curious what people would recommend. I somewhat refuse to use cloud services.

I used google drive a little during university for group project work, which was just a few essays, posters and some saved articles. Other than that, I don't go near them.

The only time I use cloud services, Is for files that I upload and share In my blogs.

My personal data remains In my local environment.

That site looks a bit dodgy. Would probably start out with smaller transactions to be safe.

Yes it is a good practice, but I wasn't so careful with my data back in the day, and it happened once to lose all of it. Ever since, the external hard drive is my best friend.

Absolutely.

In terms of backups, I always go by my saying: "Today Is never too early, and tomorrow Is always too late".
