Does this actually weaken your teeth and/or make them more sensitive?

I'm usually pretty prompt when It comes to personal heath, so every 6 months (sometimes a little longer) I visit my dentist for a full checkup. Upon yesterday's visit, he said my gums are perfect with no signs of gingivitis nor any other form of gum disease. Good news there. Much to my surprise, he did find a very small cavity In one tooth which was filled there and then, and the rest of my teeth are perfect.

So who visits their dentist on a regular basis? If not, (why?) and how long has It been since your last examination?
my last visit to a dentist was well 4 years ago.. had cavities back then.Since then no issue Wink

Nice to read your teeth are In good health.

I'm actually amazed at how quick cavities can form. I remember one time I didn't have any and 6 months later (for a routine checkup), the dentist found one. He's been my family dentist for decades, so he didn't try and rip me off by not being truthful.

Yeah it spreads very fast, the problem is that you won't know until you feel any pain or visit a dentist.

I certainly agree.

They won't magically disappear, so cavities must be treated the moment they're Identified.

correct, I think I resisted visiting dentist at first, then after 1 week when I finally visited, he told me that one should never wait as soon as they see a problem because it may cause severe damage to one's mouth. Luckily I got cured.
Thanks

Absolutely.

A friend of mine at work chipped her tooth and given It wasn't hurting at the time, she left It as Is for around a year. All of a sudden, the pain hit like a ton of bricks and she was on the phone to every dentist who had the first available appointment. The equation Is pretty simple- get It looked at there and then.

I always wanted a Swarovski diamond of my teeth (fang), they look like vampires. Isn't that cool!?

I really have to visit a doctor in next month, as I see dark spots on two of my teeth.
