Oh, I misunderstood you. But still, there is some use. If you leave your comp up and someone tries to go through your shit, you can lure them into shutting it down for you. That's basically the main point for me. Since on W8, alt+f4 is quick enough to shutdown for me, without the new update you got.

I don't really care enough to learn those shortcuts to shut-off.. X3 But I guess for a prank, it can be really nice.. :3
