Self driven cars will be something to look forward to. And rightly said it will not be suitable for most of the developing countries. The infrastructure there have to improve first. But will it be safe on the roads, I wonder. Even with hundreds of sensors and cameras installed, I wouldn't trust a vehicle without a physical driver.
