Marijuana is quite overrated as a drug. It is even as bad as cigarettes. Personally I did smoke Marijuana but I've quit. Because well it is still better not to smoke any of it!

You are right! I just wanted to point out that people think marijuana is worse then cigarettes because it is called a drug. But actually cigarettes are worse.

There have been many studies shown that pot is just as harmful as cigarettes on the body. has many of the same carcinogens as cigarettes and just as likely causes cancer.

And weed hasnt caused any death? How about all those stoned drivers that kill themselves or others? May not be as bad as alcohol... yet. but thats likely because its not as accessible as alcohol.

Hey guys, I just want to make a point here. I'm 13 years old, all my friends have started smoking marijuana and I REALLY don't want to start doing it. They have asked me countless times and they're saying everything like "Oh my god, god put it on this earth for a reason" and I just answer with "Well, tabaco, it's a plant too, doesn't that count?". In 6'th grade, (I was 12) my best friend said he was going to start smoking weed. This was it, first I was in a bit of chock and I tried so hard not to start crying. I told him to stop and he has said that he has. But, I'm not believing him. I can't scroll through my Instagram without seeing my friends beign in some STUPID contest with some fu**ing weed leaf neclase. What are your thoughs on weed?

You don't have to do anything for the sole reason of peer pressure.
You're 13! Lot's of people come and go in life.
I don't think you should care so much about what others think, say or do, but just observe it.
Let them make the mistakes so you don't have to.
