1. Make a text layer
2. Copy that layer
3. Add stroke to the copied layer.
( Make sure that the copied layer is under the original text layer )
4. Rasterize the copied layer with the stroke.
5. Add the image and clipping mask to it, above the copied layer.

Remove the stroke from the original text.
Now place the layers in this format:
