It was bad. He was so out of control I pointed my 12 gauge at him and told him If he didnt calm down I was calling the cops and would stay like this untill they arrived. My guess is he was acting to try and intimidate me, as he instantly changed his tune after I did that.

I thought these were good xD Ha, I had someone like that. One guy moved in, tried to order an escort to our house, then didn't pay rent for 6 months (which is the only reason he was supposed to live with us) and then we all lost our deposits.

The bad thing Is, when they don't pay rent, not only Is It difficult to get the money owing, but It's also hard to get rid of the person.

In your case, It's a shame losing all deposits but sometimes (to avoid conflict and/or antagonistic behavior), It's best to simply take It on the chin and move forward.
