What do you usually do when you're not able to sleep?

I'd love some movie suggestions, or any suggestion on how to pass the time efficiently.

I used to stay up nights because I was working. Now I sleep every night. I used to watch soap operas. You could watch Dirk Genty's Holistic Detective Agency.

I also had this problem, and it's very stupid. I was completely exhausted at night, but my brain just couldn't shut down. I didn't know what to do, so I went to the doctor. It took me a month to set up my sleep routine and rest like a normal person.

Try falling asleep the way I use. I don't know if it helps or not, but it's worth a try.  Take the most comfortable position you can. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whistling sound. Close your mouth and breathe in through your nose, mentally counting to four. Hold your breath and mentally count to seven. Open your mouth and completely exhale with a whistling sound, mentally counting to eight. I fall asleep quickly. But I want to tell you that your sleep also depends on the bed. I got myself a bed at hugoandsons.co.uk. And I sleep very comfortably on it. So you should think about this issue.

I usually lie in bed until I’m able to sleep, or smoke a bowl and pass out.

Everyone has their sleepless nights.

If I continue to lie in my bed doing nothing while struggling to fall asleep, I would begin to stress or overthink about random shiz. I would normally read a book, watch YouTube on my mobile phone, or put a movie on.

Unfortunately for me, sleepless nights have been a part of my life for decades.

Do you mean Interrupted sleep, or not enough hours per night?

I suffer both the above.

Both for me, too - since my sleep is interrupted (sometimes for more than an hour) I don't get enough hours of sleep in total.
