it is a great way to spend extra energy and get rid of sexual overexcitement. if you do not want sex, [redacted] will help you. I am sure that your night will be amazing and your sleep will be sound and healthy after good sex

It (hot milk) helps me fall asleep a lot sooner.

I have trouble sleeping because I have a hyperactive brain. It has taken me years to learn how to manage this, and this is what I do now: before I get in bed, I search YouTube for audiobooks. I am careful about what books I use because violent or angry ones wake me up but simple quiet ones really help. (White Fang by Jack London was full of dogfighting, woke me up and left me anxious!) My brain has something to do while I sleep, and I'm also very careful about the reader / presenter. I prefer men or women with calm, low-register voices. Instead of worrying about why I can't sleep, I'm listening and drift off pleasantly.

I find It rather difficult to switch off, clear my mind and fall asleep.

I find when my brain is racing, that focusing on something very basic and visualising the details of it puts me to sleep very fast.

For me it's visualising a standard burger (weird I know) and thinking about the perfectly toasted bun, crunchy lettuce, soft cheese - everything.
However, it likely helps that I fall asleep usually very easily and very deeply.

Don't watch videos, I'm sure it won't help. Try to read a book instead. I don't know why, but it works perfectly for me - 10-15 pages and I'm sleeping like a baby
