It was bad. He was so out of control I pointed my 12 gauge at him and told him If he didnt calm down I was calling the cops and would stay like this untill they arrived. My guess is he was acting to try and intimidate me, as he instantly changed his tune after I did that.

I thought these were good xD Ha, I had someone like that. One guy moved in, tried to order an escort to our house, then didn't pay rent for 6 months (which is the only reason he was supposed to live with us) and then we all lost our deposits.
