i hacked someone in my school [we're both 13 and live in the UK]

now they [and all his mates] have ganged up and decided to blame me [even if they are right they have no proof and no confesion from me]

the one i hacked, went to the high school local police dude, and he said write to fb

now the kids mentioned hes gonna get the police to trace it back somehow [and the teacher he said it too agrred the will]

i have a modem so my ip is automatically the T-mobile headquaters in london

will i get arrested or something

Look at it like this: The police would have to hire experts to get proof, then a court would start, courts hate hacker cases because its difficult to prove them guilty... so the trial would take long time and a lot of money... for what? getting his password?

Nope they are just bullshitting you, like illusion said if money wasn't involved then it will most likely be a warning at most. If you put up some graphic content such as porn or other stuff that damaged his reputation then it might be a problem but nothing to worry about in my opinion maybe a warning since you are only 13. The police don't take such stuff seriously unless some real cash is stolen.

PS don't do such stuff it will only get you in trouble.

actually, read the hacking etiquette, saw it somewhere, it will help you not to get caught the art of hacking is not getting something at all costs, but getting it without the person knowing and actually make it look, that nothing weird happened.

That means: No system formating or deleting files, no messing about with victim etc...
In future, if you get into something serious, this will help you to be "the one you never heard of"

I would the same mistake ( i posted in the ,,Iknow my class teacher's Facebook password" thread) but one of my frends stopped me !
I was telling evryone about how i was hacking things like accounts on Garena (etc.)
But i decided that Anonymity is a very GOOOOOD things for a people like us
