i hacked someone in my school [we're both 13 and live in the UK]
now they [and all his mates] have ganged up and decided to blame me [even if they are right they have no proof and no confesion from me]
the one i hacked, went to the high school local police dude, and he said write to fb
now the kids mentioned hes gonna get the police to trace it back somehow [and the teacher he said it too agrred the will]
i have a modem so my ip is automatically the T-mobile headquaters in london
will i get arrested or something

Does your frends know that you are hacker (in some way )?
If they are not shure you hhave a chanse i am not sure what will happen..
Or try to make something up like... your cousin from Australia hack him and now he is gone :V

well... since you actually wrote it here, where anybody can see and the T-mobile logs all your actions for sure (its a law) then... don't worry, really, no irony now.
Look at it like this: The police would have to hire experts to get proof, then a court would start, courts hate hacker cases because its difficult to prove them guilty... so the trial would take long time and a lot of money... for what? getting his password?
Ur safe unless there was money involved, thats the point where it gets serious

actually, read the hacking etiquette, saw it somewhere, it will help you not to get caught
the art of hacking is not getting something at all costs, but getting it without the person knowing and actually make it look, that nothing weird happened.That means: No system formating or deleting files, no messing about with victim etc...
In future, if you get into something serious, this will help you to be "the one you never heard of"

The worst that can happen is that your parents might have to pay a fine. That's the worst. They're not gonna send a thirteen year old kid to prison for fucking with someone's facebook. You're a kid, and kid's make mistakes.

I would the same mistake ( i posted in the ,,Iknow my class teacher's Facebook password" thread) but one of my frends stopped me !
I was telling evryone about how i was hacking things like accounts on Garena (etc.)
But i decided that Anonymity is a very GOOOOOD things for a people like us
