do you know any good tool that can take screenshots and upload an image immediately?

Lightshot Screenshot (I use this on my Mac)

What about a tool which runs in background, takes screenshot here and there and uploads it to your own server? PM me... In any case!

If you are using windows 10 use "Snipping Tool" it comes in built in with 10 but for older version google it i think it will be available for older versions to but separately.

This. ShareX is and awesome tool that I use myself, you can save/upload/send(email)/post(to twitter/imgur/etc.) screenshots automatically.
Also you can add more sites if they provide an API, here's an example config for pomf sites:
