yes, seems to be a good option, I will test it in the next days, I hope that it performs well to take the screenshots and immediately share them in a image host website. I have to check which image host providers it supports and how that works.

as of now it supports those on this list by default but can be configured to upload to any site that will speak JSON

It certainly Is.

There's not too many open source tools with an array of functionalities that actually serve their purpose well. I also like the fact that ShareX has a portable version, hence no need to Install.

This. ShareX is and awesome tool that I use myself, you can save/upload/send(email)/post(to twitter/imgur/etc.) screenshots automatically.
Also you can add more sites if they provide an API, here's an example config for pomf sites:
