That purchase was on 6th of August, that means 7 Weeks ago.

Although I'm giving 1 single Week warranty only (any supplier can step in and mention how much is his longest warranty period, as if u want lifetime warranty you defenitely have to buy from Microsoft not a cheap key worth less than 10% of the market price) I didn't ignore his message or tell him that warranty is over.

[Redacted by staff for privacy.]

I've offered help and told him that he is still able to activate his copy of office using telephone activation without making a phone call that means it can be done in couple of minutes, and I've sent him how to do.

Actually I'm doing this business for long years and I maintain 100% positive feedback, and I won't sacrifice my reputation for 19$ !

If I'm reselling customer keys I would be definetly having tons of reports telling that !

you can take a look on my shoppy store before I build my current shopify one and see my reputation all the time:

https://shoppy.gg/user/ashrafohm

One last point, I don't want to be rude, but there's no single evidence that he didn't use the 5 activations and now wants a refund as I'm still offering help after too long of the expiration date of the warranty and he is able to activate office using his key but he still insist that he want a refund, he didn't even ask for a replacement key, that looks a bit weird.

lol you think people have 5 PCs ready to use a code for? It'd make no sense for him to make a false report over 19 bucks

Thank you staff for making the necessary changes. I have an update. I've been able to get a hold of him on other platforms but when I tell him to visit Sinister.ly he sends me question marks. I'm unsure why that's how he's decided to deal with my inquiry but I'll see if he comes by in the next few days.

you haven't clarified anything at all, I don't know even who is talking to me, I got a message asking me to visit a website without any clarification !

can anybody tell me what should I understand from these unclear messages ? Only when he told me that there's a scam report (he didn't even mention that he is the one who posted it) I came here to answer, you have talked too much here, weren't you able to type one single line telling me that you opened a scam report that I need to answer?

1. The message on discord was a follow-up to messages on other platforms (which I already mentioned contacting you via multiple means) so don't play dumb.
2. Staff, please remove screenshots of my email from this guy's posts. @mothered @oni
3. Staff also verify that I posted a comment that same day on his sales thread stating I've used the code successfully on one PC and that I look forward to adding it to others. I deleted the comment because I thought it wouldn't be relevant but it was posted and deleted that same day by me.
4. The reason I purchased a 5 PC code is because my school email has been terminated and I no longer have the license to cover 5 PCs I had through the university so I needed a replacement
5. There should not be some workaround, it should work as I've purchased it, a code to be used on 5 devices. Correct?
6. If I purchase something and it hasn't worked as intended, I have zero interest in working with the same person to rectify the issue (why trust someone who couldn't do it right the first time, right?), I've already had a bad experience.
7. Feel free to not solve this, I made it clear in the original post that this is to inform people how you conduct business.
8. Lastly, don't come and whine like $19 is a big deal to you or I. It's not, it's not even about the money. If I make a purchase I expect it to go smoothly.
9. I've spent a lot more than $19 on here on both purchases from others and donations. If you really think this is about $19 you're delusional. I was on a vacation ban, I didn't need to get back on here for $19, it's to warn a community that's grown on me over the past half decade.
10. Have yourself a good day, and try not to be an ass when someone raises a concern. you don't dictate what purchase someone makes and you're running a store, expect complaints and issues. You "finding something weird" is your issue, it's not mine and I certainly would not recommend anyone deal with you given my experience and your responses on my thread.

Thank you for reaching out to your supplier regarding this. I may be an SE'er but I would never target an individual running a business. Either way I apologize if I came off like an asshole. I only use btc and like I said $19 means nothing to me and I'm sure to you too given your business is quite large, I didn't realize that until now. Feel free to donate that to the site or do a giveaway. I do need a second key for my off-site work laptop which is why I initially tried to use the key a second time the other day. If you can provide me with another MS key or 2 (even if it's just for word and excel tbh) I'd be happy and call it square.

Sounds like this issue was caused by the supplier and it sounds like @"ashrafohm" might help you out regardless of the warranty's duration.
