Sales thread: https://sinister.ly/Thread-Silver-Autobu...0%9F%94%91
Purchase site: https://xohmkeys.com/ (his autobuy store)
Product:  Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 - 5 PC license key

Purchased a key from this user's store a month ago and I put the key on one PC. Today I tried to put it on a second PC and I got a message that it's been maxed out. That's not possible given it's a 5PC key and I've only used it on one PC. I've sent the user an email regarding this and I am now posting here. Hopefully he can rectify this or return me my money. I am happy to send my receipt #, email and BTC address to him for verification purposes and then for refunding the purchase.

Now I don't know if the user decided to sell the 5PC key to 5 different people or if he saw that I was banned on here and then resold the key. However, I did not get what I purchased. I was able to use it on one PC right there and then, now I need it for other PCs and it's not working. Here's the message that shows up:

Edit: @mothered feel free to move it to the scam report section if it's better suited for there

The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @oni

RE: Community warning #2
Oni and the mods won't be able to do much since the key was bought off-site. This is why if sellers I don't trust insist on using something other than the direct messaging function here, I stop talking to them.

I wouldn't want to move this into scam reports until you've made sure that the seller has no intention of fixing this.

Definitely, that's why I put it here initially. And @oni said the same thing. I do like Autobuy stores but that's the downside, it's taken the seller away from confirming the transaction. Either way, I just want others to know if they're buying keys with more than 1PC from the user, chances are they're being sold multiple times and they're wasting their money. Again, I do hope it was an honest mistake and not an opportunist at work.

It's not suited In the Market Discussion forum nor Is there any Indication of a scam (probably a simple mistake by the said user), hence I've moved It to The Lounge.

If further developments prove otherwise, I'll move this thread accordingly.

RE: Community warning #5
Not to contradict @"mothered", but I've moved this to the Scam Reports section and changed the title. It's still considered a grievance (which we allow), but is invalid as a report since the deal was conducted off-site. When I say it's a grievance, it means that staff aren't able to take action but you're welcome to state your experience (real or imagined).

This is unfortunately the problem with sellers operating off-platform, so you do assume risks of doing business with them. While @"ashrafohm" isn't required to respond, I'm sure it would look good.

If It Is the latter, logic has It he would've taken the money and run, and you would have ended up empty-handed.

I'm not suggesting one or the other, but rather assessing the events as they stand at the time of this post. Let's see what @"ashrafohm" has to say In his defence.

RE: ashrafohm #7
I don't believe this should be in the lounge for any reason. Either the scam reports section or market discussions.

Thank you staff for making the necessary changes. I have an update. I've been able to get a hold of him on other platforms but when I tell him to visit Sinister.ly he sends me question marks. I'm unsure why that's how he's decided to deal with my inquiry but I'll see if he comes by in the next few days.

Thanks mate, i will look into this
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned in my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are purely coincidental.

RE: ashrafohm #9
My suggestion is to purchase a new key. ! Smile

Hello everybody,

That purchase was on 6th of August, that means 7 Weeks ago.

Although I'm giving 1 single Week warranty only (any supplier can step in and mention how much is his longest warranty period, as if u want lifetime warranty you defenitely have to buy from Microsoft not a cheap key worth less than 10% of the market price) I didn't ignore his message or tell him that warranty is over.

[Redacted by staff for privacy.]

I've offered help and told him that he is still able to activate his copy of office using telephone activation without making a phone call that means it can be done in couple of minutes, and I've sent him how to do.

Actually I'm doing this business for long years and I maintain 100% positive feedback, and I won't sacrifice my reputation for 19$ !

If I'm reselling customer keys I would be definetly having tons of reports telling that !

you can take a look on my shoppy store before I build my current shopify one and see my reputation all the time:

One last point, I don't want to be rude, but there's no single evidence that he didn't use the 5 activations and now wants a refund as I'm still offering help after too long of the expiration date of the warranty and he is able to activate office using his key but he still insist that he want a refund, he didn't even ask for a replacement key, that looks a bit weird.
