I personally think that if they're going to be taught these things, it has to be at a young age. University is too late.
The programs aren't a bad idea, I'll give you that. Though, there is one major fault; students have to actually want to learn about information security, but sadly, most don't care enough about it to actually take the time out of their lives to learn from said programs.

Are you by chance speaking of Amanda Todd? If so, I think she was just a bit sleezy as a person. It's known that she did the flashing and cam-sex regularly with different people, and she was just 15! She even slept and flirted with a guy who she KNEW had a girlfriend. Don't bite my head off here, but people like this have it coming for them. Running around the Internet doing that stuff thinking it's all fun and games... No, just no. I have a very small amount of sympathy for her and anyone like her.
