I wish I didn't have the need to sleep, however It's obviously Inevitable.

I only have 4 hours each night- It's enough to keep the brain functioning as per normal.

well tbh, im on a chair for most of my day and when im in bed i wanna chill, not only sleep, if i fall asleep thats cool but that woudn't help, using devices in moderation at night would be a better advice, it'd prevent you from having a fucked up vision like i do

Well, Work and Stress ... Sometime will have to stay till in the morning and sleep later on 😬... Otherwise I will sleep or force myself to sleep. I have migraine so trying to follow my sleeping schedual as best as I can.....
