It's open source, No ads (I know you can disable them on utorrent, still), not some shitty features you'll never use (example that bundle shit), they don't try to sell premium (actually, doesn't even matter) and it's just nicer to use imo.

Here is the thing, On Windows OS I use to use µtorrent until it started to give me adware. I switched to Tixati after that.
On my Linux platform I have µtorrent installed, which comes with no adware.

 µtorrent has been in a little heat due to their use of OpenCandy.
Ads aren't cool.
