I used to own a forum. IPB is one of my favorites. The AdminCP and ModCP are the easiest to use out of any forum softwares that I have used. I'd recommend it to those who are second guessing on whether or not to buy a license. It's well worth the money.

MyBB, easiest to use and doesn't have a price tag. I love XenForo however and would gladly use it there wasn't a price tag on it.
