Make sure you're exposed to the sunlight as soon as you wake up, as it helps regulate your circadian rhythms.

When I really want a good night of sleep I take 1 pill of melatonin.
But every night I say to my google clock "goodnight" and it starts playing lofi sleep music for 30min really low volume and it relaxs me and help me to fall asleep
I don't believe in what I say because everything I say is a big fictional and false joke!

Is there any opinions or suggestions on what I can do to help me sleep?

I think about good times that may come in the future or good things that have happened in the past. Anything that makes me happy let’s me sleep easy

I fall asleep really quickly when I start reading something)) in the dim light, after drinking some kind of soothing or hot tea. Works for 95% of the time

White noise, pink noise, and brown noise - all help in not only getting you to fall asleep faster but also good for maintaining focus, like at work or during studies.
