Agree.

Irrespective of applying every configuration, Implementation, tweak and the like to the best of one's knowledge and beyond, an OS will never be "100%" anonymized and secure.

Same here.

Sadly, they haven't upgraded the hardware (running 8-10 year old specs) and apart from network latency Issues, a system reboot literally takes over 5 minutes to fully load.

I know how shitty that is, on my old workplace we used to update the OS to make it look new and stuff, but whats behind it was super old hardware (DDR2, old AMD/Intel single core CPUs). My new workplace luckily got a contract with dell, which gives us every 36 months new hardware from them, currently having a new dell XPS Smile

Describes my workplace perfectly.

I don't know how they operate with 10 year old specs, particularly the server that causes Issues right across the entire network.

Void Linux for programming and tinkering, and Windows 10 for more work-related stuff and some gaming. If I had to pick I'd say Void Linux. :D
