Same on my end.

I have a dedicated laptop with 64 GB of Ram running VMs with an array of OSes.

Wow! You must be someone who does lots of things in one laptop. I am very impressed! Sometimes, its really hard for me to work on just one host machine so I use multiple machines along with virtual machines.

Yes, the said laptop Is my powerhouse that can run anything I throw at It.

I have 7 laptops In total, all with very good hardware - SSDs (NVMe), 11th gen CPUs, GTX 1070 & RTX 3060 GPUs and a minimum of 16 GB of Ram (up to 64 GB). Each one Is dedicated to the tasks It's configured to perform.

So its like the 64 GB RAM is your main, and the rest are secondary laptops for other operations such as operations, am I right?

I am not a really pro dude in that area however i have 1 laptop with dual boot i run Windows 10 and Parrot OS on it and 4 different Virtual Machine's aswell as WSL2 Debian.......
BTW i am working on a kernel project currently and trying to understand windows NT kernel and make it better.....thats the main reason i am not so active on the forum right now...

There is no such thing as pro, we are all in the same level, just different sets of skills and uniqueness. Even I have more than decades years of experience with programming and computer related stuff, I still don't consider myself pro, master or whatever you call it.

In your line of work, I believe that it is already sufficient for your needs since I believe you dabble also with computer security especially you are working with the kernel. By any chance, are you also into kernel exploitation as well? I am very interested and curious about what you do and what your project is all about. hehehe. Smile

Yep i do dabble with computer security mostly focused on web stuff tho its just so intriguing and interesting and so inviting.....
Kernel exploitation is mostly nah nah for me but i might try some stuff on that later on...
and about my project we havent got a name so far but just a mini hobby project i am mostly experimenting shit and mixing stuff up most of them end up in a mess and my poor old laptop gotta bear and i haven't gotten any success and achieving my true goal tho trying to make a hybrid of the kernel.

That's pretty nice! Well then, good luck with whatever project you are doing! I think you can do more once that project is done and can proceed with much more lower level stuff. Cheers! Smile
