The day came when my mind was set In stone - I was absolutely certain that I'd quit without a shadow of a doubt. I did It cold turkey (bad move), and became very sick for around 3 weeks. By no means was It easy, but I remained firm and to this day, I haven't had a single puff for over 12 years.
I am glad to hear that. Hope I one day I will not smoke any more.
