The last book I read was a life-changing one.

I went through a phase where I wanted to write a romance science fiction novel, actually mapped out for a 6 novel series. But I steered away from investing that much time and effort due to personal reasons, mostly I am not well equipped to deal with the criticism and judgements by humans. Its a creative piece so I wish people would just go on the journey instead of arguing if its good enough, or if its lives up to "their" expectations. It kinda ruined it for me, and I had on a creative writers forum explained
how their attitude made me feel. Of course this made things worse so I simply told them to fuck off and I threw the idea away. Sadly, I am not that good at preventing others from changing the way I feel about something, usually if its important, or something I invested my love and heart into, ya know? I guess it got me so down about it, I said, better to not write at all. I felt I had a good story going, and had mapped out major events, characters, and wrote a short into and simply shared it. I don't expect, nor
did I, to get rich or make heads spin, but I surely didn't consider nearly the entire forum to shit on it cause I am not a good writer. I felt that their criticism went so far as to prevent them too, from going on a magical journey of imagination and adventure~! Which I was really wanting to share, from love. ya know?
I also wrote some erotic poems a while ago and shared them on Craigslist. I got several emails there saying I was a GREAT writer, expressionist, and one person said it make them shake as they read it. And that was the exact intention I had with that piece. I do like fiction, especially romance, adventure, and science fiction.
