I don't care how much it costs me to effect such an offence. I am NOT to be scammed. This is what happens when you try to.

Rhythm. When you pay me back, you are to send it as money owed with a note "I'm sorry for scamming you."

You're a pathetic insolent little child, you know that? You're threatening someone to do that to them, over $35? Fucking hell, you must be poor as shit.

For one thing, it's $60.

For two, you realize my action would cost me in excess of $60 to execute, right? I'm not doing it to try to get back the $60. I'm doing it to get him to own up to his fraud or to make him suffer the consequence of scamming me. Comprende fool?

Sure. It's a misunderstanding. He misunderstood that if he offers a product, he needs to provide the whole product. Not some gimped halfassed attempt to claim it's the product advertised.

Either that, or I know exactly how far I'm willing to go and making the other party aware of it. I like my theory better.

Still, $60? That's nothing to be honest. If I remember rightly, didn't you already have this domain? You showed me it before on Skype...

I only had the hosting account attached to it. I never got full transfer rights as was implied in the original advertisement.

So he didn't scam you at all? You just didn't get the domain transferred into your account? I'll talk to him, see if he will give you the domain. Stop dishing out threats to kids that're quite obviously much younger than yourself.

No. What he did was advertise 1 month of a hosting account as a 3 year domain name. By definition, fraud and scam.

He gave you the shared hosting account with the domain attached. From my perspective, it seems more like this was a misunderstanding.

Yeah. I would TOTALLY pay $60 for a hosting account with a month of hosting.

So rather than dishing out threats like the pathetic insolent ignorant child that you are, why not just try and resolve it calmly?

Still, he didn't do business with the intention of scamming you and it seems like more of a misunderstanding. As owner of the site, I won't be intervening. It would be unfair to permanently ban him. Do you still have access to the hosting account that has the domain? If so, request him to give you the money back and give him the account back.

I never had access to anything but the CPanel, never changed the password on it, nor paid for it. Why should I pay for something besides what I bought?

No point in banning him now, his account's been compromised, not by my doing.
