I am making the important distinction right now that this is NOT a SCAM REPORT, merely a DEAL DISPUTE, but there's no appropriate section for the latter at the moment of posting.

On September the 17th, I purchased the domain name INFECTED.NAME along with 3 years pre-registration from Rhythm. I paid $50 for the domain name, plus $10 for paypal fees (I don't get the fee structure). I received access to the hosting account that day. Some time after, I asked for a full domain name transfer. He said the domain is registered with the hosting company, who doesn't register domain name's. Then he mentioned the domain was registered with PacificHost. I asked him to get the ECC code from them. They said the domain name service was status "Canceled", and to contact the billing department at appropriate time to resolve that issue.

I've asked him to contact them about this. That is how this matter stands right now. It appears that he is avoiding me, for each time I've seen him online I've asked him the status, he's not responded, often going offline. I've asked Anar to pester him for me, which has done no good so far.

I want registrar transfer rights to the domain by Tuesday, November 13th, or proof that such right's are being put in motion. Either this, or $100 to cover both my costs and the loss of potential profit I've incurred.

As you can see, I tried to negotiate with him. I tried to get the domain name, yet there's the almost month of silence. Also, according to his post here, he claims I didn't mention that I wanted to switch hosting, which you can see right before the date change on image #2.

The game he refers to in the last image: Somehow he found a way to play games in cometchat. I don't know how to do that. We played tic tac toe and billards.

EDIT: I witnessed this chat in the skype group when I logged in.

I paid for OWNERSHIP of the domain. Under all auspices, without transfer rights, I do not OWN the domain. You seem to think I paid $60 for RENTING the domain. I do not have the ability to use the domain for the intended purposes. I do not have the ability to use the domain at all. I can't use it without it pointing to a safe hosting provider.
