Install minibian to sd card
Buy a one of those batteries with a usb plug for charging your phone.
Make sure you have your wifi drivers installed
Install and config kismet-ng as a service, as well as adding wlan0 to the /etc/kismet.config file
Plug in your wifi card and then the mobile battery.
Go for a walk
