Lack of self confidence, putting off or delaying work for fear of failure can all be overcome with timely intervention from you alone. Your life is in your hands. Be brave and get on with the job, do not bother about the outcome. Just put in your full effort and you will be surprised how things turn out.

How I don't procrastinate my work is I tell myself that if I finish this assignment within a day, I can enjoy, relax and do whatever I can or I eat something special which I love. Kind of self motivation.

I remember during my initial days at college, I used to procrastinate my assignments everytime. I used to do just before the deadline. It was so stressful for me but I used somehow complete my work. But after then, I realised why should I laze out and finish it off in just one day time. If iam able to do so many things in a short span of time, then am capable of doing many things if I use time wisely. That is when I realised and made timetable for every day and follow it. I plan out in the night, what things has to be done for the next day.

I believe procrastination is more of a habit and a psychological behaviour than anything else. But if you have such a symptom, you can beat procrastination by preparing well ahead regarding the job you are asked to do. Be confident, have faith in yourself and give your cent percent towards its success. If you follow these procrastination will be history.
