Fear of failure is the most probable cause of procrastination. So working your way confidently and having faith in yourself can put off the fear and help you achieve success in whatever you do and this is what I practice.

Habits that we develop in our childhood has a great impact on us in the long run. Practice anything for 90 days and it becomes a habit. If you have planned any work, do not delay, just go ahead and do it. Do not worry about the outcome and procrastinate. It will save you a lot of time and worry.
