I know the text is a bit screwed up, but that's because of the brightness in the middle.
For some reason my Photoshop will save the picture much darker than what I see when I'm editing which is frustrating.

I personally like it, and like the effect as well. I know you can't read "RaccoonCity" in full, but for some reason I feel like that's what the effect is supposed to do for the image.
