-Text unreadable
-Would've maybe liked to see the mouth more.
-Weird kind of artifacts left and right.

Overall pretty nice but I would work on those points that I've pointed out with the "-" Smile

I actually think it's better if you don't see the mouth as much as he looks very evil and sinister. lol

The only flaw here is that you can't see your username (It looks like as if you wrote Rac City)

I know the text is a bit screwed up, but that's because of the brightness in the middle.
For some reason my Photoshop will save the picture much darker than what I see when I'm editing which is frustrating.

I personally like it, and like the effect as well. I know you can't read "RaccoonCity" in full, but for some reason I feel like that's what the effect is supposed to do for the image.
