If your downloading it from the Publisher's website it shouldn't be a problem.

I used his links. I downloaded from Gyazo's website but it just comes up as unknown publisher. I'll go try again.

Edit: Screw it, I downloaded them anyway. Went fine except I didn't realize Winrar cost money. Is 7-zip essentially the same thing but I can get it for free?
