Other possibilities consist of being lonely/depressed, and losing motivation to do things that you lack in interest.
Being depressed sucks, because I am 99% of the time. Everything goes for a downturn, and you only find joy in the things you like. I.E Playing vidya, ect. I chose drawing.
Not only does it relieve stress, but sometimes it puts you in a good enough mood to get motivation.
If you need to scream, then scream. If you need to cry, then cry.
If you frown all of the time, you'll forget how to smile.
