Every forum I've been on, rep is always abused/misused in some way. Just gotta not worry about it too much.

Yeah, rep-abuse will always happen, and the distribution of reputation points might not always be fair.
However, I do my best to monitor abuse, and give people reputation points when they deserve them.

If you see rep-abuse, let me know.
You can help other posters get more recognition by thanking them and telling others about their contributions.

I also dont consider it a big issue.
They get rep for some reasons, and it can be anything.
