What's really neat about this, is that several people requested it. Although the value of AP is unstable I decided we should add the lottery system. If you've never heard of what a lottery is, it's basically gambling. You purchase tickets and one person's ticket wins a large sum of cash. Unlike other lottery systems, we aren't screwing over participants. Tickets will cost 100 AP each and the winner will receive the AP that people spent on tickets. So if 5 people purchased lottery tickets, the winner would receive 500 AP.
