MOBA communities have always been the best at sabotaging themselves. Rather than help the weaker players become better, they make them quit. I still play League occasionally, but not competitive.

Yeah. I find the players in WoW (my current favorite game) to be much less nasty and much less toxic. Much more fun to play with.

I dont play PvE now that PvP has come back. I play full PvP and get my gear from Honour and conquest points. Its much better.

Teamgames with small teams are always doomed to suck donkey ass since solo-queue sucks. But not if you play with friends.
Wouldnt mind playing lol with friends, but im not putting myself in a position where im playing alone with strangers :S

I dont think the game is bad if you have like 4-6 friends to play with. But its not worth it playing solo imo. Some say you can do it, but its a pretty vulnerable position.

Yeah, i have some issues like being impulsive, not good at communication. But like i was so good at playing my class. Im not trying to be negative, but i think i should have had a much better chance if i had a couple of friends to team up with.

Also like who goes to the bar alone? I think its the same things with playing some multiplayer games alone. Sadly.

Luckily, there are games like WoW where you can play 'solo' without it being in a too vulnerable position and where its more common. but in games like CS:GO and lol, you have to be like this 'strong spirited' person to play and carry solo queue. And sadly, the guy standing lonely at the bar is like..... when someone is too strong, too brave, that they put themselves too much out of comfort. and sadly, im not like that. im not strong, i give up, i cry, i get emotional, but atleast i dont put myself into those exposed situations.

I'm the same as you in that respect. I also find gaming to be a nice way to socialise long-distance with my friends. Sure, you can come across randoms you would never normally meet, but I don't think I usually end up friends with those people per se. It's mostly a means to have more things in common with people I already enjoy spending time with.
