Kali is no more a hacking OS than any other OS. The only thing that makes it useful for hacking is that it ships with most of the tools you'd use.

You can install all those tools, and many more, on just about any OS you want.

I have not been able to see the tools in Kali due to my falshdrives not having enough space. Do you know what some of the software used is called.

Kali Linux is just another Linux distro, but has numerous pre-installed pen-testing tools. Thats it.
