If a given person Is dying from a terminal Illness and wishes to end his/her suffering by committing suicide, then In my views, It's certainly not weak, but more so based on the hopelessness of the Illness Itself. By creating this thread, you've acknowledged your Issue(s). So respectfully speaking, rather than running away and contemplating suicide, take a stand, fix all that you've mentioned and formulate some strategies to create a life that'll lead In a positive direction.

Suicide as I'm pretty sure everyone here knows isn't a clean-cut topic. However, majority of the people who attempt to label such an act as weak more than likely are simply attempting to do so in order to belittle another, making them feel superior.

In regards to justification for suicide, it completely depends on the context and are completely subjective. I'm not a psychiatrist, so I'm not going to even attempt to act like i'm capable of doing one's job, but you seem in denial.

You state you couldn't care less about what's right and wrong, yet think you don't have a place in society because you're only causing problems ie. selling drugs. Meaning, you actually do care about morality but simply don't want to admit it.

I'll just end this with saying it's never too late to change.

Yeah suicide is for the weak, because our life is exam for us someone will success and some will fail.
Life is full of troubles, problems and pains but this all will make you stronger and more complete person, If you were positive you will think to life troubles like a tools that make us stronger, but If you were negative actually you are going to suicide yourself.
The positive/strong people will look to life like a games.
if you tried your best you will success and you will reach the point which you want but if you stop looking forward to others or thinking of pains you will fail in the start and you won't have time to think of yourself.

Well you can stop and do something good with all the money you earned? If you earn so much you can still live if you find a job and you might save a lot of people if you do something good.

I personally think it very much depends. Everyone has a breaking point. I think if a person gets bullied a person can be so desperate they commit suicide. Everything is better than suicide, you can still make a live if you want. You just need to WANT to live.

Not sure if you're trolling and I'm getting baited, but i find it amusing calling suicide "weak" then mention islam, when the founder of islam(mohammed) had attempted to commit suicide multiple times according to the quran.

Quranic Verse 3: "Don't' kill yourself with your own hands" (Baqra 2:195) Hadith No.1: "Whoever kills himself with an iron weapon, he will be tortured in hell with the same weapon".
(Bokhari) Hadith No.2: "Whoever strangles himself with a rope, he will keep on strangling himself until being burnt in hell. And he who killed himself with a spear, he will keep on being killed by spear until he is sent to hell." (Bokhari) Hadith No.3: "Before death, a sick person cut his own fingers due to prolonged sickness and depression. Rasulullah (saw) saw him in dream and he was hiding his fingers. Rasulullah prayed to Allah to forgive him for cutting his own fingers".
(Muslim) Hadith No.4: "A hypocrite fighting alongwith Rasulullah (saw) was very brave in the fight but when he was too much hurt, he killed himself with his own sword to avoid pain. Upon this, Rasulullah (saw) informed all that this person goes to hell. He said that there are some who do a few things to qualify for heaven, but they actually qualify for nothing except hell. Similarly, there are some whom everyone considers as going to hell, but they are actually going to heaven."
(Muslim). Hadith No.5: "Rasulullah said there was a person back in time who had a painful acne and he cut his own wound whereby a lot of blood spilled and he died. Allah (swt) said "Heaven is fobidden to him".
(Muslim) Hadith No.6: Whoever kills himself with a weapon made of iron, he will keep on hurting himself in hell with the same weapon in hell. And whoever kills himself with poison, he will keep on eating poison in hell. And whoever commits suicide by falling from mountain, he will keep on falling in the fire of hell forever over and over again."

(Muslim) Fatwa in Durre Mukhtar: "Although one who commits suicide, will burn in hell forever, but the deceased was a Muslim before doing this act and he will be buried as per normal Muslim traditions. Such a person will be given Ghusl, Janaaza Salaat and burial in a Muslim cemetery as is the case with any other sinful Muslim. "

The Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended  several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every  time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down,  Gabriel would appear before him and say, “O Muhammad! You are indeed  Allah’s Apostle in truth” whereupon his heart would become quiet and he  would calm down and would return home.


It's utterly delusional to state "suicide is for the weak" simply because your any religion says so (not simply islam).

But in reality, who really is the weak-minded person?
The human that feels like he's incapable to fix his problems and believes he should just /off himself to relieve himself from all his problems
or the person who desperately holds a 2,000+ year old book to heart hoping when he dies he'll be rewarded if he's been "a good boy".


The fact is suicidal tendencies being triggered by problems or mental illnesses have been present for thousands of years and simply quoting a "rule-book" of x religion never "cured it". So mentioning it in this day and age where we're so advanced that we're literally sending rovers to other planets, is fucking absurd.

Anyway, I'm not going to bother continuing having an argument about religion when neither of us will ever have concrete evidence against the other.
