RE: Is suicide for the weak? #21
I'm against it, although I have thought of it before based on my status and position in life and how there's little to no chance of it changing. But I believe suicide is only an acceptable option if there's no other way out of a predicament that few people get into (like torture or life imprisonment or something)

Basically, it's people who are asking for Hell and giving up to life.

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 87, Number 111
The Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear before him and say, “O Muhammad! You are indeed Allah’s Apostle in truth” whereupon his heart would become quiet and he would calm down and would return home.

It's utterly delusional to state "suicide is for the weak" simply because your any religion says so (not simply islam).

But in reality, who really is the weak-minded person?
The human that feels like he's incapable to fix his problems and believes he should just /off himself to relieve himself from all his problems
or the person who desperately holds a 2,000+ year old book to heart hoping when he dies he'll be rewarded if he's been "a good boy".

The fact is suicidal tendencies being triggered by problems or mental illnesses have been present for thousands of years and simply quoting a "rule-book" of x religion never "cured it". So mentioning it in this day and age where we're so advanced that we're literally sending rovers to other planets, is fucking absurd.

Anyway, I'm not going to bother continuing having an argument about religion when neither of us will ever have concrete evidence against the other.

Nah man I enjoyed that Smile.
Man we have weak novels and strong novels, The weak you can't say happened or not but The strong happened.
I searched a lot and I called some pro people at these case they said this novel is weak so you can't say that happened, I hope you search and talk Smile .
Just see the humans kill themselves when they think they are weak to fix them problems so because they are weak so they will kill themselves, so simply suicide is for weak.

Suicide is for cowards. Instead of giving up, flip the world the bird and keep on fighting.

Also a valid point, however I can see both sides.

Yes, you must have the urge to change your life for the better, no one successful hasn't thought about giving up, but they push through the struggles. Killing yourself is the easy way out, for the weak who can't stand and deal with their issues.
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events that happened in real life is coincidental.

I can't say I'm an advocate for killing yourself, but I do believe that people who decided to kill themselves aren't as mentally ill as we might think they are. Suicide is a desperate decision, a decision that most might contemplate for a long time before they decide to go forward with it. A lot of them also stem from years of agony and pain, also from mental issues. There's times when every resource has been used up, but with no results. Mentally ill people are struggling just as much as people who struggle physically and just because we can't actually see what bothers them, doesn't mean they aren't hurting.

To answer your question, I've never really viewed suicide as weak or as a cowardly act. In my eyes, it'd take a decent amount of will and self-resignation to do such a thing, especially when attempting to distinguish between the "pros" and "cons" of leaving the ones around them, forever.

People get pushed to the edge, to the maximum they can carry. And in this society, most people, are on their own.
I you haven't experienced depression of have seen someone you love suffer from it, you really can't imagine how the disease festers in your brain.
I don't think committing suicide is weak, I think our society is.

Be kind to each other, you might save more lives than you think.
