Including school work.

Motivation is never a constant. I'd recommend setting some goals for what you want to get done. Even if it's a measly to-do list. Checking off those tasks usually feels pretty good, since you no longer have them hanging over your head when you know you HAVE to do them.

Try aderal. Or try dieting, exercise, and healthy amounts of sleep but that's op honestly.

Im in your same situation man. I dont understand why, but I am just being purely lazy. I get so far behind, then dont wanna do anything.

To Do list. Clean your room. Set goals. Don't stick to a rigid timetable. Exercise. Eating healthy. Vitamin D3 - is great for this, you can buy it online. Just a few things I do.
Motivation - a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Don't try to act motivated, this will not work. Just do small things to change your lifestyle and ''motivation'' will come with it
