It's 6- 8 hours for me on average daily.
Are you a long sleeper? How many hours do you sleep averagely in a day?

I normally sleep between 6-8 hours.

On workdays, depending on if I feel like going in early or not, maybe 3-6 hours. If I've got no work, then anywhere up to 10 hours.

For the last month 3-6 hours continuously.
Work & study has been keeping me awake for some time now.
I also work in Labour, it's tough on your body.

5 - 6 at night and 1-3 during the day
