Depends on a lot though. If I need to be up in the morning to do something that active, I'll make sure to get 8-9.

I must say as of late, I've been getting between 4-5 hours a night.

Just last night I went to sleep at 4:45am, woke up at 9:00am and straight onto my PCs. I'm absolutely exhausted at the time of this post, but when the time comes to go to bed a little earlier, I'm alive a peaking with energy.
