10 to 12. I'd say 11 is the sweet spot for me.

I'm very much the same as yourself.
I hit 20 hours + straight without Issues. It's the Intensity of my computational work that keeps me going, whereby my mind Is very focused and active. I honestly don't remember that last time I dedicatedly watched TV- even for 15 minutes or so.
