I'm 18 from Australia and I'm interested in hacking I'm more into hacking software witch I haven't started yet.

I have a great understanding of php && html 5 && css3.

I am currently doing a certificate in general IT.

Planning on learning C sometime soon so I can work on my hacking skils.

No. C/C++ is a high-level language. not the highest, but still on there. Assembly is about as low-level you can get before computer-code [binary], unless you want to learn BrainF***.

EDIT: Yes, you can exploit software with C/C++ though.
