Hey Guys,
I'm 18 from Australia and I'm interested in hacking I'm more into hacking software witch I haven't started yet.
I have a great understanding of php && html 5 && css3.
I am currently doing a certificate in general IT.
Planning on learning C sometime soon so I can work on my hacking skils.

Btw, C does not has much relation to your hacking skills.If you wanna learn C , you learn it.C needs dedication. And read about socket programming in C and pointers.Also read about GTK+ if you wanna go graphical

I knew that lol but isn't a low level language like C/C++ used for exploiting software?

No. C/C++ is a high-level language. not the highest, but still on there. Assembly is about as low-level you can get before computer-code [binary], unless you want to learn BrainF***.
EDIT: Yes, you can exploit software with C/C++ though.
