Tormail's hidden service *was* on FH. It isn't any longer.

It's always been sporadic, and they make it very clear that they will provide as much info as they have to LE when requested, so use PGP( which you should do anyway )

Funny how they don't exactly advertise that in bolded text, but yeah. I almost always assume my messages are being intercepted.
